Wait ! is an INIT (or Extension) which stops mouse just below the menu bar when you move the mouse upward on the hierarchical menu or on the menu which is scrolling upward. This will reduce your frustration when you move the mouse upward in the menu and find the entire menu is dismissed just because the mouse has moved into the menu bar.
Wait ! stops the mouse once, i.e., if you move the mouse upward again, it moves into the menu bar. Or, if you move the mouse outside of the current menu, either left or right, Wait ! does nothing. In short, Wait ! disturbs your mouse movement little, and you will forget that Wait ! is active, only feel less frustration.
To use Wait !, put it in the System Folder (System 6) or in the Extensions Folder (System 7) and restart your Mac. Wait ! has been tested on Mac II and Portable with System 6.0.7 and System 7.0.0, but should work on all Macs from MacPlus and up, with Systems 6.0 and up.
Wait ! is a freeware, a small present from zeta soft of Boomerang. Please distribute it freely, but this document should come with the software and Wait ! should not be sold in whatever way.
